Agent shall be responsible for coordination of space planning, formulation of bid specifications, selection and oversight of general contractors, site inspections during construction, the administration of contractor draw requests and the receipt of lien waivers from the general contractor and various subcontractors utilized for the completion of work or other additional services provided in connection with subject property:

Additionally, our ability to self-perform demolition, utilities, earthwork, concrete, asphalt, and painting allows us to control quality and bid more aggressively. We have the in-house ability to perform clash detection and line of balance scheduling through 3D computer modeling.
